By Zena, a European boutique patisserie by decades-long pastry chef Zena Demirceviren, is coming to Moorestown. It will feature her baked goods and pastries, including specialty cakes, croissants, cold-fermented artisan breads, plus coffees and crafted drinks. The café will also feature savory fare like spanakopita and sandwiches. Turkish breakfast, coffee and tea will be served, too. Demirceviren uses mostly organic ingredients without any preservatives or fillers. By Zena will also include a small retail shop with handmade items for the kitchen and home.
