Business Report: NJ Transit cites union for cancelled trains



NJ Transit officials say an illegal job action orchestrated by a union led to the cancellation of more than 30 trains on Friday. An NJ Transit spokesman said engineers called out of work at “nearly triple the rate of an average weekday.” In a letter from NJ Transit to the union obtained by New Jersey 101.5, the agency said the illegal job action is related to the Juneteenth holiday.
